Busy Summer

I know I've been kind of m.i.a. on my website, but I have been kind of busy (not that being a mommy, switching to a new school, or painting are involved. Ha!). Don't believe me? See below and keep checking my blog...I'm trying to get caught up!

Summer is on it's way

Since school is almost over this year, I plan to focus more time on my kids and Deesigns by Erin. Hopefully, my turn around time will pick up, too! Please let me know if you have anything in mind that you would like me to create. I've had a few teachers talk to me about some ideas for their classrooms next year. I hope these plans come to life!

Goin' to the chapel...

I painted this for a very patient customer. She asked me a while back to create something that would have her new married name on it. Her only requests were to use her wedding colors and do something similar to the growth chart I painted last year. J, thanks for being so patient and I wish you a happy wedding!

Just so you'll know, I have now changed my design web address to be just www.deesignsbyerin.com (I took the "blogspot" out of the address). Hopefully this will be easier for you to remember when you're spreading the word about my products. I'm working on a few new things during my "free time", so I'll hopefully be able to sit down soon and upload the pictures of my new projects.

Don't forget that I'm due October 13th, so if you're needing/wanting anything by around that same time, please let me know ASAP! I have a few projects on my list, but oddly enough, I work better under pressure deadlines, so I can work you in.

Deesigns by Erin now available at Kid's Furniture

You can now purchase my items at Kid's Furniture on Markham in Little Rock. So far, I just have the one step stool available there; but I plan on adding more pieces in the future. In the meantime, you may still email me at edees7@yahoo.com or post a comment to my blog if you would like something customized for you.

Made the American Way

One of my mom's friends asked me to do a 4th of July wreath for her. She already had the ribbon, so I based everything off of that. Considering that all 4th of July decorations are extremely country, it was hard for me to get started. But after my mom and I put our minds together, I am very excited about how it turned out. I know it's not actually a wreath, but I think you can still fully get that good 'ole Americana feeling.
